As a Technical Customer Delivery Project Manager, you will report directly to the VMO leader within the Customer Experience Delivery Team. Your main responsibility is to delight our customers by applying a mix of project management techniques (e.g., Agile, DevOps, and PMP) that resonate with them and ensure a personalized, proactive, and predictive experience. Your goal is to help our customers improve the value of their technology investments while building trust and positive relationships.Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of technical product or program management experience 5+ Years Strong organizational skills and a track record of timely project delivery as well as excellent communication, team leadership, problem-solving, and data analysis skills to drive decisions 7+ years of experience working directly with technical teams 3+ years of customer-facing experience as well as experience with performance metrics, a customer-focused mindset, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and effective collaboration are essential 2+ years’ experience handling programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedulesPreferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and critical path management Experience handling projects across cross-functional teams, building balanced processes, and coordinating release schedules Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Technical understanding of collaboration, security, and networking architectures, including technologies such as Firepower, ISE, Stealthwatch, Catalyst, Nexus, DNAC, Wireless, and UCS Innovative, with strong facilitation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder leadership skills Expertise in software lifecycle management, requirements gathering, and outstanding communication is required#WeAreCisco
