We are seeking a strategic and results-driven CX Manager to establish and lead a Content Editing, Graphic Design, and UX/UI Design capability. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a multidisciplinary team, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational efficiency and has a passion for creating user-centred content and designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement a strategic roadmap for content, design, and UX/UI initiatives aligned with business goals.
Build and lead a high-performing team of content editors, graphic designers, and UX/UI designers.
Establish workflows and processes for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Oversee the creation of engaging content, compelling designs, and intuitive user experiences that reflect brand identity.
Leverage customer insights and data to inform design, content strategies, and CX improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, development, product) to align priorities and goals.
Manage team KPIs, performance metrics, and professional development.
Evaluate and implement tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance productivity and innovation.
Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to support team operations.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in CX, content strategy, graphic design, and/or UX/UI leadership roles.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and brand management.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale multidisciplinary teams.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience analysing performance metrics to inform strategy.
Familiarity with design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CMS platforms).
Qualifications/Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Travel Requirements
Position involve travel up to 10% of the time, mostly within Europe, Asia Pacific, and Americas. Most trips will include overnight travel.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid working 1 days per week in the office driven by business requirements as Convatec has a flexible approach to office working.
