With responsibilities for content creation and message enablement, this individual will increase the productivity and effectiveness of our customer and partner success teams. They will have excellent communication skills, strong cross-functional collaboration, and enthusiasm for improving operational processes.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partner with Marketing and cross-functional SMEs to build scalable and effective message enablement tools, packages, and campaigns to drive Success team productivity. Create and maintain a library of process documentation, playbooks, and quarterly business review templates that serve as resources for the Success team allowing them to deliver customer and partner outcomes more efficiently and consistently. Craft and maintain efficient asset delivery and discovery strategies along with aligning appropriate Gainsight workflows for all Success teams. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all Paycor products, software, and services. Develop processes and enablement materials to increase customer usage and adoption.       Become embedded in the 'what does good look like' motion with our key technology partners to help us become their 'most successful customer.' Analyze trends to identify ways to improve success plays and overall team adoption of content and tools. Coordinate with Customer Marketing to synchronize email outreaches with CSM touch points and utilize Journey orchestrator for designing and implementing success team-led digital touch initiatives. Support the delivery of surveys related to overall customer experience (NPS) Requirements   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $54800.00-$87707.00/year. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
