**CX Integrated Agronomic Content Mgr.** **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** The primary responsibilities of this role, CX Integrated Agronomic Content Mgr., are to: Content Strategy & Development: + Lead, develop and execute enterprise-wide strategic content plans for agronomic and marketing communications targeting our farmer customers; + Align content strategies with business and marketing objectives and leverage data insights to personalize and enhance the customer journey and position BCS as an agronomy thought leader; Content Creation & Management: + Strategically plan and produce diverse content formats including articles, emails, videos, social media posts and sales collateral/resources; + Audit and manage assigned content across digital platforms; Innovative Content Tools: + Utilize cutting-edge tools for content production and performance measurement (example: how we leverage AI for content); Collaboration & Coordination: + Ensure consistent end-to-end agronomic content experiences by coordinating across multiple internal teams; + Collaborate strategically at a high and tactical level with cross-functional teams, sales teams and external agencies to align strategies and execute effective marketing efforts around agronomy content; People Leadership: + Lead and mentor a team of contractors to foster a collaborative, high- performance culture; + Provide clear direction on the agronomic content strategy; + Champion diversity of thought and encourage innovation across the content team; **WHO YOU ARE** Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: + Bachelors degree in agronomy or related field; + Strong Agronomic Expertise: Ability to identify farmer needs and create relevant, impactful and high-value content; + Strategic Project Management: Proven ability to strategically manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations while showing agility to move across projects and broader business needs quickly and efficiently; + Collaboration: Strong cross-functional teamwork and communication skills; + Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments and receptive to feedback; + Results-driven: Experience in defining, tracking and reporting content effectiveness metrics and adjusting accordingly; + Business and Strategic Acumen: Proven experience in agronomy, sales, marketing, or related roles; + Familiar with marketing activation, agriculture, and key P&L components/drivers; + Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills; + Proficiency in competitive assessment, brand portfolio management, and using the marketing mix; + Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams; + Demonstrated results in strategic thinking with effective execution; Preferred Qualifications: + 8+ Years of experience in agronomy or related fields; + Advanced agronomic knowledge or equivalent experience; Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $110,689.60 - $166,034.40. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
