Our Learning & Development and Quality Assurance teams play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience within our contact center. We focus on empowering agents through robust training and continuous improvement initiatives that ensure consistent, high-quality service. Our team develops and oversees programs that not only equip agents with the skills needed to excel but also foster a culture of accountability and recognition. By prioritizing quality assurance, we work collaboratively to identify areas for improvement, drive operational efficiency, and uphold high standards that support both our agents and the customers they serve.
The Customer Experience (CX) Learning & Development Specialist will support and implement strategies for training and developing internal associates and external customers. This role involves creating engaging learning solutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop course curriculum, content, activities, and instructional materials to support training needs. Facilitate courses, program delivery, and training sessions. Create and execute surveys and tools for needs analysis. Organize and coordinate training schedules. Update and evaluate knowledge-based articles for relevancy and accuracy. Support and follow organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and improve current programs and processes. Promote and cultivate a culture of learning and development.Basic Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a learning and development role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven ability to adapt to rapid change and maintain composure in high-stress situations.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Experience using learning content creation software, like Adobe Captivate, Articulate or other related software would be helpful.Familiarity with creative software such as Canva or Adobe.
