Job Description
CX Trainers in this role get to:
• Enable and guide: Facilitates/Delivers language and customer care skills training programs in a blended/scenario/transmission/self-based learning environment.
• Conducts Communication Coaching & Feedback sessions on a daily/weekly basis to drive trainee development.
• Monitor & Evaluate trainee’s performance by handling pre-designed/mandatory assessments & generating reports to support learner evaluation for e.g. Level Up Tracker etc.
Supervises trainees from a behavior, attendance standpoint while in CST/Nesting/FT etc.
Qualifications
• Experience Teaching English: Proven experience in teaching English to diverse audiences.
• College Degree in English: Bachelor’s Degree in English (Licenciatura en Inglés).
• CEFR Proficiency Assessment: Ability to identify and convert English proficiency levels using the CEFR framework.
• Design and Content Creation: Knowledge and experience in designing educational materials and creating engaging content.
• MS Office Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities are mandatory.
• Preferably minimum 6 months experience in the BPO industry
