What the day will look like
+ In charge of identifying, qualifying, and growing new business
+ Expand existing accounts by working with territory originators and alliance partners
+ Focus on Aon's Cyber services spanning across Proactive, Reactive, and Alliance technology sales
+ Become a subject matter expert on assigned clients, their organization, reporting structure, and initiatives to help get results
+ Implement sales plays and effective strategies to lead conversations with senior executives and key stakeholders
+ Build and lead detailed project schedules that include deliverables, processes, and contingencies for each team to complete, including but not limited to solution/service renewals.
+ Gather client reporting needs and work with internal teams to compile meaningful metrics and data.
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for service expansion based on understanding of Aon and partner service offerings.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ 5+ years of cyber related sales experience
+ Sales generation experience
+ Experience in selling and renewing technology license revenue
+ Proven relationship building skills with clients and partners
+ Ability to know what clients need before they actually need it
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
