We\nhave an opportunity for a Cyber Security Architect / Engineer to\njoin our HCE Team in Mexico.
This\nposition will be a part of the Global Managed Security Services team and will\nparticipate in managing the network infrastructure of Honeywell customers in\nthe Oil and Gas; Hydrocarbon Processing; Power Generation; Pulp, Paper &\nPrinting; Continuous Web Solutions; Petrochemicals; Life Sciences; and Metals,\nMinerals and Mining markets. Services provided include troubleshooting, network\ndesigns, solution implementations, assessments and other related tasks as\nidentified. The position will have a direct reporting relationship to the Cyber Security Manger.\nThe position should possess strong customer service skills, maintaining a close\nworking relationship with other departments, as well as being able to configure\nand maintain the underlying network infrastructure of the Business.

Responsibilities

Professionally\n represent the managed security services business in interactions with\n internal and external customers and business partners as required.Assume\n lead and/or support role in assigned projects insuring they are delivered\n on time and within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.Perform\n network administration tasks required to keep the Managed Security\n Services Center operational at industry standard level.Maintaining\n and planning of infrastructure used in the delivery of managed security\n services.Respond\n to monitoring alerts by interfacing with customer to advise of alarm\n situation, investigate problem and determine the optimal solution.Contribute\n to the development of the remote services portfolio.Keep\n technically current with the HPS/ Industry Standard networking, cyber\n security, and wireless product/systems portfolio, while maintaining expert\n knowledge on specific designated network disciplines.Develop\n sound and trusted relationships with internal and external customers by\n providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support.Maintain\n industrial safety awareness through the completion of pertinent safety\n certifications.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s\n degree in a computer related field such as Computer Science, Computer\n information systems, electronics or in lieu of degree 7 years of directly\n related experienceMinimum\n of 3 years experience in providing services via remote connectivityMinimum\n of 3 years experience in Information TechnologyStrong\n diagnostic and analytical skills including problem solving, trouble\n shooting, management of priorities and self-direction to resolve complex\n issuesEffective\n written and verbal skill to enable strong communication capabilitiesExperience\n securing industrial or corporate networks and assets against cyber threats\n is a plusInstallation\n and maintenance of Operating systems experience; Virtual machines and\n Hypervisor platforms experienceImplementation\n and maintenance of server & storage platforms and networking equipmentTask\n automation and or scripting (Batch, PowerShell, VBScript, Perl) experienceMicrosoft\n Patch management solutions (WSUS, MSSC) experienceTroubleshooting\n skills to resolve basic network and application or system integration\n issuesBasic\n installation and maintenance of Operating systems experience; Basic\n virtual machines and Hypervisor platforms experience
