Cyber Exchange SIPR Content Administrator Fort Meade, MD Full Time Mid Level Share (https://teamcarney.applytojob.com/app/share/nWWXQF06Se) Team Carney, a dynamic government contracting company in the eLearning space, is actively seeking an experienced Cyber Exchange SIPR Content Administrator.   In this role, we are looking for an individual who has a results-oriented approach, excellent analytical and problem solving skills and a strong sense of principles. This position is hybrid with possibility of full remote Responsibilities: + Monitor security systems for anomalies and respond to potential security incidents in coordination with the SOC. + Develop and refine security policies and procedures to ensure that they align with best practices and organizational requirements. + Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement remediation strategies. + Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance the company's security infrastructure and incident response capabilities. + Provide expert guidance and support during the investigation and resolution of security breaches. + Lead the development and delivery of security awareness training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and threat awareness. + Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and mitigation techniques. + Generate regular reports for IT management on the status of the cybersecurity environment. Qualifications: + Clearance Requirement: Active Secret + Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. + 2+ years of experience as a Cyber Content Administrator or similar role + Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices + Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills + Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Posted salary information: Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time status. Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours.
