Abacus Technology is seeking a Cyber Instructor to develop training programs for the Air Force Intranet Control (AFINC) III Support program at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex.  This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities Support Mission Ready (MR) status on all AFINC Operator crew positions, through in-house training.Utilize the combat readiness software system (Patriot Excalibur (PEX)), to document mission readiness of all employees that operate AFINC.Provide MR training to all required 26 NOS and 689 NOS personnel.Track, document, and report on training, evaluation, and certification status of Contractors.Provide bi-annual Mission Ready (MR) Training Report.Generate, provide, and enable ad-hoc and automated reports (real-time trends & analysis, qualification, capabilities, validation, etc.) in support of AFINC Mission.Send out automated reports to assist, leadership, team leads and operators with maintaining compliance.Work as a liaison to the Instructors that are embedded in Training Flight and Operations or coordination of all training documentation. Generate, provide, and enable ad hoc and automated reports (realā€time trends & analysis, qualification, capabilities, validation, etc.) in support of AFINC goals. Qualifications

3+ years experience in training management and instruction.  HS Diploma or GED.  Experience as a Basic Instructor or Air Force Equivalent to include management/instruct in formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.  Experience preparing student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms) in direct support of Cyber Operators to include working with SME’s related to job duties in the Master Training Tasking Listing (MTTL) with procedures to capture repeatable structured material to be taught to New Operators.  Experience conducting the research necessary to develop and revise cyber training courses.  Experience with combat readiness software system, Patriot Excalibur (PEX), to document mission readiness.  Must be detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.  Requires good communications skills and the ability to work professionally with all levels of an organization.  Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI).
