In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Create a remediation plan for compromised computers or IT systems. Create custom rules to detect suspicious activities based on acquired indicators of compromise and behavioral attributes. Monitor, identify, investigate, and document the resolution of computer and network security compromises, focusing on external threats. Mitigate indicators determined to be malicious. Acquire proficiency with security tools and analysis processes, including documentation of analysis. Carry out independent analysis to determine the root cause of broad-based (malware-based) security incidents involving non-server assets and server-based assets. Carry out a guided analysis to determine the root cause of phishing, malware, and fraud-related email security incidents and account compromise incidents.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related courses. 2-4 years of relevant experience in Computer Incident Response or other Cybersecurity roles. Knowledge of OSI Layer. Understanding of Windows System Structure, Networking, Cyber Incident Response, and Incident Response Frameworks. Familiarity with Programming Languages such as HTML, JavaScript, and Python, Encoding Methods, and Commercial Security Tools.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart
