Work you’ll do
Support the organization, creation, and execution of remediation activities at our client sites.Devise methods for remediating findings, coordinating with government personnel on the logical steps and status to achieve remediation plans.Work with an ecosystem of government personnel and contractors to manage and prioritize a large data set of findings.Analyze technical solutions to help USG personnel identify and evaluate security gaps in industrial control systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) subsequently assisting in the creation of implementation plans and projects.Work closely with other workstreams to include OT SMEs, Infrastructure Team, Analytics Team, etc. to determine appropriate solutions, performance thresholds, and create compelling visualizations to communicate status.The team

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of professional experience.
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, security controls and mitigations, cyber operations
• Familiarity with USG and DoD cyber standards and regulations (e.g., SP 800-53, CJCSM 6510)
• Understanding of Information Technology vs Operational Technology security challenges
• Interest or working knowledge of Operational Technology/Industrial Control System (OT/ICS)
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage a large and variable data set.
• Ability to manage a wide variety of stakeholders and form strong client relationships.
• Ability to work in person at Redstone Arsenal and the Deloitte office in Huntsville, AL on classified systems.
Preferred:
• DoD 8570 requirements (i.e., CEH, CFR, CCNA Cyber Ops, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GCIA, GCIH, GICSP)
• Excellent communication and writing skills, detail oriented, and ability to work as an individual contributor and with a team.
• Experience in navigating ambiguous requirements to develop recommended path forward and structure for the client organization.
