Job Summary:
The Cyber Review Team Lead will collaborate closely with clients, review teams, and managers/directors of the Cyber Incident Response Review (CIRR) team. This role involves driving the team’s growth, operational efficiency, and quality standards while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. The Cyber Review Team Lead reports directly to the Senior Manager/Director of Cyber Incident Response Review.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to project protocols, applying rules and guidelines to various document types using virtual platforms such as Relativity, focusing on entities affected by cyber incidents.Perform quality control reviews of completed documents, provide constructive feedback to team members, and facilitate effective communication through Microsoft Teams.Partner with the Review Manager to handle administrative tasks efficiently and ensure smooth project operations.Promote open communication within the team and with management, actively participating in virtual training sessions, updates, and meetings on Microsoft Teams.Required Skills and Experience:
4–5 years of experience in the legal services or LPO industry, with at least 2 years dedicated to incident response (IR) or data breach management.Strong proficiency in managing detailed administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.Ability to mentor team members, offering constructive feedback to enhance performance and skill development.Expertise in conducting data investigations and resolving project-related queries effectively.Strong typing skills with exceptional accuracy to facilitate document review and processing.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with a willingness to complete skills assessments and leverage technology for improved workflows.Highly detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking skills for addressing complex scenarios.Self-driven and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Open to feedback with a proactive approach to implementing continuous improvements.Why Join Us?
