The Opportunity
The purpose of this role is to lead and drive effective cyber security consulting capabilities within the division, ensuring adherence to Group Cyber Security standards and policies. This role involves collaborating with global and local cyber security colleagues to implement Secure by Design methods and reduce the risk of cyber attacks, while overseeing a team of technical experts to safeguard the organization from evolving threats. It requires a combination of leadership, consultation, and technical expertise to address root cause issues and support strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Drive adoption of new Ways of Work and Agile delivery to integrate Secure by Design cyber principles for effective vulnerability and risk management.
Collaborate and guide cyber security secure by design requirements in cloud, co-location and 3rd party hosting environments.
Partner with Cyber Risk and Enterprise Risk to properly track and remediate cyber risk effectively.
Lead, motivate and develop a team of Cyber Security Leads and Consultants.
Oversee a significant transformational change in the way cyber security threat is considered and mitigated across all activities and projects.
Build strong collaborative relationships, providing advice and working together to identify and solve root cause problems.
Drive Cyber engagement across the organisation to ensure issues are identified, self-reported and notified to key stakeholders.
Act with integrity and transparency in threat and risk identification and problem solving to achieve policy, standard and regulatory compliance.
Manage staff augmentation and outsourced security resources and services, ensuring delivery to Service Level Agreements (SLA), IT controls standards and alignment with policy and regulatory requirements.

Compensation
Base pay offered will vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location and business needs
Annual Salary Range: $148,000 - $222,000
