Cyber Security Engagement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Client Engagement Manager to foster strong relationships with our clients and ensure the successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our client, understanding their security needs and ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
This is a Full Time Employment opportunity based in the US where there is a CGI Office. Preferred locations are: Boston, MA, Lafayette, LA and Knoxville, TN in a Hybrid Model.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client cybersecurity needs and develop tailored strategies to address them.
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions and services to clients.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client security posture and offer additional services.
• Manage client expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, discuss upcoming projects, and provide updates.
• Prepare and present reports on client engagement metrics and project outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to advise clients effectively.
• Work closely with project management teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and that the project is progressing according to plan.
• Track and analyze client engagement metrics to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and pitches for new business opportunities.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on account status, challenges, and future growth opportunities.
• Oversee the execution of contracts and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and deliverables.
• Ensure high levels of client retention and advocate client success throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior team members working on client projects.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short turnarounds.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related field, preferably in a cybersecurity environment.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong experience in delivering services in a client-facing role, with a demonstrated ability to manage expectations and drive satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using client relationship management (CRM) tools and project management software.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $134,400- $264,600.
