The role is operational on a daily basis focusing on design, implementation and support of the following platforms: Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Endpoint Security. Additional responsibilities include process definition, documentation of platforms/ process, delegation of repetitive tasks, overseeing incident resolution activities, reporting status and activities, managing, and executing assigned project tasks or small projects including major version upgrades, transitions of service for clients, product enhancements, and integration with NTT CSD infrastructure. **What you'll be doing** THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE JOB SUMMARY Essential Job Functions · Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions and systems. · Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues. · Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and efficiency · Provide day-to-day application support of the servers and infrastructure · Assist in development and support enforcement of IT policy, procedures, and standards · Oversee or perform remediation of security/ management platform issues · Develop written processes and procedures for help-desk personnel to use to remediate management or security agent issues including customer-specific procedures, as needed · Continuously identify and develop security and productivity-enhancing improvements through automation, better procedures, and other innovations · Integrate endpoint security systems into the NTT CSD ticketing system · Develop and execute endpoint migration strategies including “rip and replace” of existing solutions · Manage problem status, set clear expectations, provide timely follow-up to internal and external clients, and independently handle challenging situations on a daily basis · Maintain knowledge of current security trends and be able to clearly communicate them to internal and external clients · Serve as a security practitioner, as needed, for escalations, incidents, and other security initiatives Qualifications / Requirements · Bachelor's degree and three (3) years or more experience in a security engineer role supporting enterprise level security management; may accept additional experience in lieu of degree. · 2+ years of direct experience with Identity and Access Management and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM) engineering platforms, infrastructure solution, development, configuration, testing and implementation. · Advanced working knowledge of PAM Standards and best practices including Multi-Factor Authentication, Service Account Standards, privileged account discovery and architecture. · Experience with Imprivata XTAM and Bravura Security Fabric Identity Manager preferred · In-depth knowledge and expertise in one or more of the following platforms: endpoint protection, endpoint management, EDR, vulnerability management, firewall rule management and secure web gateway/ proxy. · Must be able to provide guidance on architecture and design, data flows, data model, Server/ endpoint configuration, and troubleshooting · Functional knowledge of current platform technologies managed by security products including SQL, IIS, Windows, Linux, and MAC · Knowledge of common scripting tools, PowerShell, Python, Bash · Strong, in-depth analytical and problem-solving skills · Good awareness and experience in a wide range of security tools · Good organizational and project management skills · Team player able to lead a small project team when required and also work independently · Ability to effectively interact with other IT Services professionals and communicate clearly with native and non-native English speakers throughout the world · Bachelor's degree in a technical/creative discipline or equivalent work experience in IT or Information Security *Experience with Hitachi IAM a plus* **Workplace type** **:** Remote Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
