The Cybersecurity Exercise Planner III develops cyber exercises for Combatant Commands. They develop Exercise Plans and plans using relevant policies, directives, and doctrines to develop and execute custom, realistic, scenario-based exercises to test the effectiveness of cybersecurity training tools, processes, and procedures. They coordinate and facilitate requirement gathering and work with stakeholders and process owners to define and document required cybersecurity process evaluations. They draft and maintain exercise lifecycle documents, including after-action reporting, lessons learned, and process improvement plans that incorporate recommendations and modifications to Cybersecurity Plans, processes, and protocols. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
