Why This Role MattersWe’re looking for a Cyber Security Incident Response Manager to lead and enhance our incident response program. In this role, you’ll manage security incidents from detection to resolution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements to our security framework. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategic thinking meets technical expertise.
What You’ll DoLead & Develop the incident response process, providing mentorship and guidance.
Enhance Incident Response Strategy, maintaining policies, plans, and procedures.
Manage Security Incidents, overseeing detection, containment, eradication, and recovery.
Investigate Cyber Threats, conduct root cause analysis, and work with development teams to implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and law enforcement.
What You Bring4-5+ years of experience in cyber security incident response.
Proven ability to lead and manage incident response teams.
Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and security monitoring tools.
Strong understanding of incident response frameworks (NIST, SANS).
Deep knowledge of cyber threats, attack vectors, and security vulnerabilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to HaveExperience in the Telecommunications industry.
Certifications such as CISSP, GCSIRT, GCIA, or similar.
