This position will be keeping metrics and KPIs to track assessment work and alignment to standards over time ensuring that growth, improvements, and gaps are accurately communicated to management. **Requirements & Deliverables** + Working cross-functionally to develop strategies to identify, mitigate and manage current and emerging cyber threats + Provide constructive advice and challenge on the management of cyber risks throughout the organisation + Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to ensure a multi-layered approach to cyber security is adopted, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of IT services + Supporting design, service, operations teams on security requirements and implementation. + Helping analyse and mitigate incidents raised to the information security team + Providing SME support to other business functions + Providing a Risk Management approach to ensure information security solutions and controls are commensurate to the business risks + Create, develop and maintain security policies and practices & support certification activities for products and services. + Review technical reports from vulnerability and penetration testing assessments, as well as results from tabletop exercises to identify exposure to future incidents. + Refine, recommend and maintain playbooks, policies, procedures and guidelines, and align with industry best practices. + Working closely with the product owner and delivery teams, support internal and external audit response requests **Skills required** + CISSP/CISM/CISA/CEH or similar level qualification + Operational Cyber security management experience gained in, or working as part of a Managed Service provider + Knowledge of implementing ISO27001, NIST, CIS and other similar standards/frameworks + Strong operational experience of managing cyber security and risk within fast-paced technology environments + Experience of security tools and technology + Good working knowledge of techniques to prevent, mitigate and manage security threat + Experience of SIEM solutions, incident management and reporting + Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management experience + Strong knowledge of security compliance or operations and a technical background with infrastructure or network security + Ability to think of long-term strategic solutions as well as immediate resolutions to problems + Create, develop and maintain security policies and practices + Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills _We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class._ **Additional Locations** : * United States of America - North Carolina - Morrisville * United States of America * United States of America - North Carolina * United States of America - North Carolina - Morrisville
