About the position
As an Information/Cyber Security Officer at Siemens CZ, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets across our business. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the Information Security Management System (ISMS), aligning with global policies, regulatory requirements (e.g. NIS2), and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and TISAX. This role requires close cooperation with both IT and business stakeholders, as well as our global Cybersecurity teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for all information security matters within the assigned organization and region. Maintain, implement, and improve the Information/Cyber Security Management System (ISMS) in compliance with, Siemens internal security frameworks, and regulatory obligations. Identify, assess, and manage information security risks in cooperation with relevant business units. Support internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX, customer audits). Drive and monitor the implementation of security controls and remediation measures. Deliver regular training and awareness sessions to increase cybersecurity maturity within the organization. Participate in global and regional security programs, projects, and working groups. Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business units to ensure consistent security governance and risk management. Report security KPIs and the current risk posture.Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. 2+ years of experience in information security, risk management, or IT governance. Solid knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, TISAX, or comparable standards, including experience with security risk assessments and control implementation. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and OT environments is an advantage. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Implementer/Auditor) are a plus.
