Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Cyber Security Readiness Services on a contract providing Network and Cybersecurity services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to support transport and cybersecurity information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, inclusive of new facilities and building constructions to support the IC mission.
The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
Responsibilities Develop Cybersecurity training courses and curriculum.Candidates may be required to administer testing.Selected Candidates will need to demonstrate experience and expertise employing the principles of adult learning to deliver learning solutions in a classroom and through distance learning.Track the Training and Development Services and Documentation Development Services.Proven individual with strong facilitation skills who can motivate new employees to actively participate in classroom instruction using relevant activity-based learning events and on-line real-time collaboration tools (e.g., Cisco Jabber, Video Teleconferencing, blogs, e-forum discussions based on Adobe Acrobat Connect, etc.).Ability to clearly communicate information in training materials as well as the ability to provide multiple approaches to training and hands-on demonstrations to satisfy learning requirements for varying audiences.Candidate should be knowledgeable about the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community structures.Provide support to the section as needed during peak mission times.Demonstrate self-sufficiency and governance.Provides guidance to lower level technicians and specialists.Works individually and actively participates on integrated teams.Understands and applies more advanced concepts and processes to daily activities.Assists more senior level technicians, specialists, and managers in their activities.Can perform all tasks of lower level technicians or specialists. QualificationsClearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI poly.
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
6+ years' experience working as a training specialist.2 or more years of related technical and managerial experience in an enterprise environment.Required Certifications:
Current IAT II 8540.1 Compliant and A+ CE or Security + CE Certification.ITIL Foundations Certification or relevant knowledge of ITIL process and procedures.Required Skills:
Demonstrated experience in experiential learning and adult learning methodologies.Desired Skills:
