SUMMARY

Responsible for providing the full range of services, in both unclassified and classified environments, in the areas of network administration, networking engineering, communications, data center operations, asset management, backup and recovery, Information Assurance (IA) and Audiovisual Services. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Review of the Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) for system components and capabilities.  Support and maintain the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) requirements.  Support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process for cybersecurity using applicable tools. Provide testing and verification of software.  Present IA training in small to large meeting environments. Provide a monthly status report to the Government regarding mission server operation. Provide weekly reports of requests for specialized systems and consultations of Information Technology equipment. Review vulnerability scans and risk assessments via the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) to provide guidance for mitigation and system hardening. Review and enforce training compliance for new and existing users. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.
