What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is seeking Cyber Service Operations Consulting Manager to help a large federal cybersecurity program mature its operations by focusing on improving the program’s delivery of cybersecurity services to the federal government. This includes helping to establish service development and delivery standards/best practices/templates and evaluating information assets’ use, quality, and availability. There are a large number of service owners and other stakeholders so there is a strong need to work with other business leaders to establish business processes and standard operating procedures or to identify gaps in data, information, processes, or IT tools to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
The Cyber Service Operations Consulting Manager will lead capture and business development opportunities for federal RFPs, RFIs, and SSNs, etc. This is a key component of this position to help identify and capture new work at the federal agency this position supports.
Duties Include:
Meeting with program stakeholders to map, define, and review business processes, creating business process flowcharts and SOPs.Supporting various knowledge management efforts including managing program documentation and improving document standardization.Conducting data analysis to support management decision making and produce Business Intelligence reports to help improve operational visibility.Conducting various business analysis efforts to help identify business information and process needs and define solution requirements.Conducting market research on for various IT Enterprise and/or Cybersecurity Solutions, assessing suitability, and providing recommendations based on research.Supporting management of program SharePoint sites to support business knowledge and information management needs.Meeting with Stakeholder’s to conduct interviews, needs assessments, and other information gathering efforts.Lead capture and BD activities for targeted opportunities.

Master’s Degree preferredProfessional Certifications in PMP, Professional Business Analyst, Data Management, Agile, CMMI, or ITILExperience in ServiceNow, JIRIA or ConfluenceExcellent research, data gathering, analytical, critical thinking, and listening skillsAbility to think conceptually and strategically and learn quicklyAbility to meet deadlines, adhere to project plans, ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team, and multi-task on several projects simultaneouslyAbility to be flexible and adaptable to changes in project scope, timelines, and deliverablesExperience supporting DHS CISA programs or initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication/presentation skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Visio
