Key Responsibilities:
The Cyber Syensqo Delivery manager will assist the Core IT DM Delivery leads in implementing governance and processes with suppliers and partners to secure the delivery of the Cyber Security Services. He/She will be accountable:
Quality of Value delivery SIAM support (Operational coordinator) Practices Homogenisation: sharing the best practices and Link between practices lead and operational teams (incident, change, problem, cmdb, documentary management…) Continual Improvement KPI/SLA Production Follow-up of the Service Catalog: Check/validate all the modifications with Service Owner To ensure the Service Management Budget : Build and Run
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the following activities:
Functional support to Service Owner and Product Owner Identity and Access management domain (Authentication (Directory Services) Access management (SSO, MFA, PKI, etc) Identity Governance SAP Authorization) Security Operation Centre Endpoint security management OT Security Cloud Security Compliance (Atlas programme, CMMC remediation, etc) Follow delivery with suppliers, facilitating any decision or escalation Performance follow-up of suppliers and reporting on SLAs, KPIs, Financials Support platform engineers and leads in driving performance of suppliers Develop strategic relationships with partners and vendors Organize monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews with suppliers Monitoring and Continuous Improvement of security services Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into operational processes and system designs and processes support. Provide cybersecurity training and awareness to OT personnel, enhancing their ability to recognize and respond to potential security threats.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a multinational complex setting. ITIL Certified Experience in managing operational processes Agile or other project management methodologies experience is a plus
