**Description:** The ARISE Analytics team is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Cyber Software Engineer to join our team\. As a Cyber Software Engineer, you will work closely with developers to secure the ARISE Analytics software stack\. Candidates applying to this position should have a Bachelor’s degree, or greater, in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or an equivalent field with significant software development experience\. A company\-sponsored interim secret is required to start\. \#mfccyberhotjobs \#mfcnews **Basic Qualifications:** \*Must be able to obtain an Interim DoD Secret Security Clearance prior to beginning employment, and then obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance while employed to be considered for this position\* • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C\+\+ • Experience implementing systems that comply with security standards like NIST 800\-53 or FedRAMP • Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes • Comfortable with web authentication and authorization standards like OAuth2 and Open Policy Agent • Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Possess an approved DoD 8570 baseline certification for IAT/IAM Level II \(CISSP, CAP, etc\.\) or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of start date in order to meet program requirements **Desired Skills:** • Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks, such as NIST or OWASP • Familiarity with infrastructure as code \(IaC\) concepts and tools, such as AWS CloudFormation or Azure Resource Manager • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI • CompTIA Security\+ Certification • Certification in cloud computing, DevOps, or a related field \(e\.g\., AWS Certified Developer, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, etc\.\) **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Public Trust **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\.
