 Job Title: Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Solution Delivery Lead

Work you’ll do

As an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Solution Delivery Lead, you will be at the frontlines with our clients supporting them with their user access administration activities, helping them achieve a secure and compliant solution landscape by following industry leading practices around cyber risks. You will support:

Daily monitoring of scheduled jobs, lifecycle events and co-ordinate across different team to resolve issues.Perform user and access administration activities (e.g. manual provisioning/deprovisioning, lock/unlock, password management etc.) using IGA solution(s) like SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM ISIM, CA IDM, Oracle IDM, etc.Support staging of certifications and it’s remediation periodically.Monitor incident queue, triage and resolve issues (e.g. troubleshooting access, provisioning issues, user password management, enable, disable, terminate and/or unlock user accounts etc.) within SLAFulfil catalogue-based service requests (e.g. granting/revoking access, updating user attributes, updating workgroup members etc.)Monitor service mailbox and support end user queriesGenerate reports for daily/periodic user administration or processesSupport IT Risk or audit teams with reports, evidences and process walkthroughsSupport change documentation, change deployment and post-change validationsDocument and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and operational runbooksIdentify opportunities to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness

Required:

5+ years of Identity Governance and administration (IGA) service delivery3+ years hands-on experience on access and user administration in one or more IGA solution(s) (SailPoint IIQ or IDN, Saviynt, IBM ISIM/CA IDM/Oracle IDM, etc.)Flexibility to work in shifts
Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business or relevant field.Limited visa sponsorship maybe available

Preferred:

Understanding and familiarity with Operating Systems (Unix, Linux, Windows).Experience in working with distributed teams across different geographiesExperience with Aerospace & Defense companiesExperience and knowledge in cyber security or identity and access managementStrong understanding of user life cycle events supported by IGA solutionPrior experience in working in operationsExperience in ticketing tools for access management, tracking progress/escalation, and generating operational reportsExperience in developing SOP and runbooksStrong understanding of Excel functionsExperience in ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and bug tracking tools e.g. JIRAAbility to adhere to client’s information security policies and clearly articulate the need for information securityKnowledge of business process, user provisioning process, and security maintenance processesPrevious Consulting or Big 4 experience preferredFlexibility to work in shifts
Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.CISSP certification a plusBusiness proficiency in English languageExcellent written and verbal communication skills

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,360 - 148,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
