A career within Cybersecurity and Privacy services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients implement an effective cybersecurity programme that protects against threats, propels transformation, and drives growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model, exponentially more data is generated and shared among organisations, partners and customers. We play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a Cyber as a Service (CaaS), Cyber Technology and Compliance Director, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee and support the strategy for all technology components contracted under Cyber as a Service (CaaS).
Assist in developing and refining processes to strengthen current technology health, performance, and visibility framework by reviewing policies.
Recommend and support the implementation of technology architecture, KPI, and corrective actions as needed for the Digital Resilience Center.
Provide Cyber Security and Technology Infrastructure expertise to the team and for risk assessments.
Implement, maintain, improve, and validate infrastructure incident processes.
Support the team to oversee incident root cause analysis, service reporting, client communication, and architectural improvements.
Ensure final client deliveries and documentation meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Support the management and optimization of the 24x7 service delivery for our device management team.
Help ensure the team's work quality, resource utilization, and initiate corrective actions where necessary to enhance performance.
Assist in business development initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand service offerings.
Ensure device management, client experience, and service quality, continuously seeking improvements.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, process adherence, and implement process improvements to meet and exceed operational objectives.
Foster strong, positive working relationships with stakeholders, coordinating effectively to achieve common goals.
Assist the team in developing use cases for systems monitoring and provide expertise during escalation calls from Tier 2.
Actively seek mentorship and coaching to promote professional growth and maximize potential.
Exhibit basic understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards, guiding the team with strategic insights and best practices.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
A leader in strategic cyber risk functions
Skilled in cybersecurity framework such as NIST, COBIT, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, CIS and more.
Experience in security risk compliance and advisory
Extensive experience in consulting environment
Proficiency in Incident Management and Change Management process
Consulting experience in a Big 4 or similar is an asset
Technical designations such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP, CEH, ECSA, GPEN, GWAPT, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE will be considered an advantage
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders internally and externally
Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
