Responsibilities:

Proactively gather, analyze, and disseminate timely and accurate CTI to support operational decision-makingIdentify emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, trends, and recommend countermeasuresCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate cyber threatsImprove VM capabilities and knowledge base through training and researchIngest and analyze information from various classified and unclassified sourcesProduce written reports summarizing gathered CTIConduct in-person and virtual briefings on vulnerabilities or threat actorsIdentify intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements to fill gaps in information, and evaluate resulting intelligence requirements

Required Skills:

U.S. CitizenshipMust have an active TS/SCI clearanceMust be able to obtain DHS Suitability5+ years of directly relevant experienceGood understanding of intelligence analytical methods and sourcesDemonstrated ability to integrate cyber security related data from relevant sources into investigative or analytical productsAbility to work within a multi-disciplined teamMust be able to work collaboratively across agencies and physical locationsMust have experience using multiple Intelligence Community database search tools and familiarity with intelligence monitoring, collection, targeting and reportingMust have working familiarity with Intelligence Community management of information, classification, dissemination and information and records systemMust have working familiarity with Open-Source Intelligence sources including the use of scraping tools and darkweb browsersMust have sufficient technical knowledge to perform analysis on intelligence information to determine operational priorities

Desired Skills:

Experience supporting Intelligence and/or DoD CustomersExperience performing network security or application securityExcellent verbal and writing skills

Required Education:
BS Intelligence, Cybersecurity or related degree, or High School Diploma and 7 years of directly relevant experience.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
