About the role:
Based in Barcelona, you will be part of the Cyber team and reporting to our Cyber Security Leader who, among other responsibilities, also oversees cyber operations, including administrative underwriting tasks and projects of our team.
The team plays a strategic role in managing and developing the international Cyber portfolio of TMHCCI with formulating, executing, and monitoring underwriting strategies.
You will perform traditional administrative tasks, as well as supporting the team’s business development goals. You will be key in helping to build profitable relationships with brokers and insureds and your role will fully support and comply with the company’s objectives and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Underwriting support
This role is crucial to supporting all underwriters in each and every region in which we operate, in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to policy management, including but not limited to:
Policy lifecycle management: create new clients, generate certificates and policies, etc.
Process optimization: identify and support the team on improving the way that admin tasks are performed.
Report generation: Monthly and annual reports to internal teams, management and executives
Data quality: insuring accuracy data in the system
Team Management
This position also plays a relevant role in supporting the entire cyber team (Management, Underwriters and Operations team) in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to team coordination, including but not limited to:
Documentation & Content management : update and maintien ours document repositories
Proofreading and document formatting: prepare and review teams presentations, articles etc
Meeting minutes drafting and distribution
Event management: hotel booking, prepare and distribute event agenda and support to attendees
Team coordination: new hires onboarding, team agenda, holidays, business trips and activities
Projects & Initiatives
The Cyber team is very active on cross-functional initiatives related to product updates, new tools etc. This role is essential to support the team in all administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Initiatives coordination: new initiatives announcements, initiatives management, follow-up and reporting
Training & Awareness
The Cyber team is very active in providing training to all team members and other stakeholders. This role is essential to support the team in all the administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Training & Awareness program update
Training sessions coordination: new trainings announcements, training campaigns management, follow-up and reporting
Skills And Competencies Required:
High school / FP administration
Experience in an administrative role
High level of use in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI
High level of English and Spanish (oral and written)
Good numerical and organizational skills with a good attention to details
Enjoy working in a team
Skills And Competencies Preferred:
Knowledge of Insurance Business and Fac Out business would be a plus
any additional languages would be a plus
