In this role you’ll play a critical part in enhancing and safeguarding our cybersecurity posture. Reporting to the VP, Global Cybersecurity, you’ll perform incident response, support cybersecurity operations, and contribute to the success of our annual cybersecurity roadmap. The ideal candidate has a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles, incident management, and operational risk and is proactive in preventing and responding to cyber threats. This role will act as a key cybersecurity expert, assessing and safeguarding systems and networks against emerging threats. **Responsibilities** + Conduct daily reviews of cybersecurity systems, investigating incidents and tracking trends. + Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and projects to enhance cyber maturity and execute the annual cybersecurity roadmap. + Support a continuous incident monitoring program to identify, detect, contain, remediate, and recover from attacks. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate incident response and threat mitigation. + Assist with maintaining security policies, procedures, and guidelines. + Stay informed on industry developments, new threats, and evolving security solutions. + Perform in-depth analysis of security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards. + Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and business partners. + Develop controls to mitigate identified security concerns. + Recommend additional security solutions or improvements to enhance enterprise security. + Identify and mitigate potential threats and risks, offering remediation strategies. + Contribute to the development of enterprise security strategy, processes, and procedures. + Support compliance with standards like PCI, GDPR, and Sarbanes-Oxley. + Manage remediation efforts to assess security incidents, gauge impact, and preserve evidence. + Deploy and enhance security awareness, training, and annual phishing simulations. + Conduct security risk assessments and propose appropriate remediation plans. + Prepare and present periodic reports on control effectiveness and system security. + Perform root cause analyses and reporting for incident investigations. + Stay informed on cybersecurity intelligence and threat trends to proactively anticipate breaches. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in information security or a related discipline, preferred. + Preferred 2+ years of experience in vulnerability management and incident response (or equivalent combination of education and experience). + Strong knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and application technologies, including SIEM and log management. + Familiarity with PCI DSS requirements and controls. + Preferred certifications: Security+, Network+, or CEH. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively across various business units. + Solid understanding of business processes, IT controls, and internal risk management. + Proficiency with Office 365, endpoint security, cloud security, internet and networking technologies, and encryption. + Experience with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and familiarity with next-generation antivirus and email security solutions is a plus. + LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY: Hybrid to Lake Zurich, IL Headquarters \#LI-Hybrid **About Us:** You know our brands.
