Responsibilities
Support the execution of the organization’s cybersecurity compliance program, specifically related to DFARS 252.204-7012 and CMMC requirements.Assist in conducting gap assessments to identify areas where the organization’s current cybersecurity posture falls short of regulatory requirements.Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and documentation related to cybersecurity compliance.Support the implementation and monitoring of security controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.Assist in the preparation for and execution of internal and external audits related to cybersecurity compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that cybersecurity compliance requirements are integrated into business processes.Stay up-to-date on the latest changes and updates to DFARS 252.204-7012, CMMC, and other relevant cybersecurity regulations.Support the development and delivery of cybersecurity awareness training to employees.Assist in the investigation and remediation of security incidents and compliance violations.Prepare reports and presentations on the status of the organization’s cybersecurity compliance program.Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or 0-2 years of relevant experience.A higher-level degree may substitute for experience.Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.Knowledge of data security administration principles, methods, and techniques.Familiarity with domain structures, user authentication, and digital signatures.Qualifications We Prefer
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Management Information Systems, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.Familiarity with DFARS 252.204-7012 and CMMC requirements.Understanding of other relevant cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST SP 800-171, ISO 27001).Familiarity with strong AI concepts and technologies and their potential applications in cybersecurity.Experience with conducting gap assessments and developing remediation plans.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CISA, CISSP).Ability to read and interpret security and technical documentation.Proven track record of maintaining the confidentiality of high-sensitivity projects and data.Ability to perform critical-incident response.SNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
