The Opportunity

Procter & Gamble is seeking an experienced Data Loss Prevention Engineer to join our Info Sec organization.  In this role, you will play a critical role in safeguarding P&G's data by enhancing our DLP tools and platforms.  You will collaborate with your team to execute crucial business requirements and updates, while strategizing future modernization and automation initiatives to enhance data protection maturity.

Position Responsibilities

Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the solutions including Proofpoint (corporate email DLP) and Zscaler (Saas/Web DLP controls)Directly support migrations and onboarding of new tools.Apply and update notification tuning enhancements in all platforms.Develop autonomous data labeling and tagging parameters.Work across multiple business units to gain alignment on updates – testing, gathering feedback, adjusting as needed.Assist in developing standards, best practices, reference architectures, and enterprise grade solutions.Participate in continuous improvement processes to drive efficiencies and automations.

Job Qualifications

Required:

2+ years of experience with a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) system OR similar technologies, including but not limited to experience managing policies with one or more of the following:Network ProxiesIntrusion Prevention/Detection Systems (IPS/IDS)Web Application Firewalls (WAF)Deep Packet Inspection (DPI)YARA rulesFamiliar with unstructured data transformation with Security and Information/Event Management (SIEM) or and other logging technologiesProficient in Regular Expression (RegEx), must have ability to execute code in RegExAbility to work on a hybrid work schedule in Cincinnati, OH based office

Preferred:

Proficient in technology operations - ITIL incident and/or problem managementExperience with Digital Rights Management (DRM)Familiarity with Perl-compatible Regular Expression (PCRE)

Pay Range: $85k-$115k

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
