Your impact and responsibilities:  Manage & optimize cybersecurity tools: Administer, configure, troubleshoot, continuous improvement and fine-tune cybersecurity tools across Siemens Healthineers.  Lead security enhancements: Identify opportunities to improve endpoint protection and drive new feature implementations. Monitor & troubleshoot: Ensure performance, availability, capacity, and coverage of security tools, resolving incidents effectively. Collaborate & influence: Work closely with SOC, CSIRT, cloud, and IT teams to align operations with security best practices. Automate & improve: Develop scripts (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to optimize security processes. Stay ahead of threats: Keep up with the latest threat landscape and contribute to proactive protect strategies. What is in it for you: You will enjoy a flexible work schedule with up to 80% remote working based on your personal preference. You will thrive in a multinational environment with 70,000+ employees where you will have the chance to meet and cooperate with colleagues from all over the globe. You will Engaged in both hands-on security operations and strategic security improvements. You will have the chance to constantly increase your knowledge and develop your skills by combining training courses with on-the-job training. You will develop a successful career by participating in all relevant stages: Definition, planning, implementation, and supervision. You will have access to well-being and health programs, including medical care, psychological support, and fitness benefits. You will have access to internal career development platforms to explore global opportunities within Siemens Healthineers. You will benefit from a flexible work schedule, allowing you to adjust your hours to fit your personal needs and responsibilities while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Must-Have: 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, +2 years focused on EDR/EPP solutions (CrowdStrike preferred). Information Technology degree. Strong knowledge of endpoint security, cloud security, and security monitoring. Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and troubleshooting. Experience working with SOC, CSIRT, and IT teams to enhance security operations. Excellent communication skills in English, able to address stakeholders of different backgrounds and technical expertise. Nice-to-Have You own security certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc.). You have experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments. You have experience with Qualys for vulnerability management and compliance scanning. You are familiarized with Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or container security. You are a person who understands the Business needs as well as the technical risks, and proposes risk-oriented approaches, translating technical information to business language. You enjoy engaging with different teams and facilitating discussions to find solutions that meet stakeholder’s expectations. You are a quick learner and have the aptitude to get into new technologies and architectures.
