Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Training Specialist to lead complex cybersecurity exercises and drills for a large Federal client.
Responsibilities Plan, lead, and score cybersecurity exercises based on real world threats associated with sophisticated nation state adversariesDesign exercises to test the effectiveness of the SOC’s tools, processes, procedures, and skillsDeliverables include lifecycle documents to include after-action reporting, lessons learned, and process improvement plans. Qualifications BS degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)2 years of experience conducting cybersecurity training exercisesU.S. Citizenship is requiredCybersecurity ExperienceWorking knowledge of Mitre ATT&CKDevelopment of Incident Response playbooksDemonstrated experience developing and leading cyber incident response drills and exercisesExperience with Cyber Threat Intelligence lifecyclePreferred Qualifications:
Cybersecurity experience in large organizations (>30k endpoints)Previous experience working in a 24x7 SOC environmentExperience with complex cyber range infrastructureSalary: $95,000 - $125,000
