The Cybersecurity Learning Manager is responsible to develop and oversee effective cybersecurity education and training programs that increase awareness, knowledge, and compliance across the organization. It helps to empower employees with the skills and understanding needed to recognize and mitigate cybersecurity threats, thereby fostering a secure organizational culture and supporting compliance with security regulations and policies.
In our organization, this position will cover global cybersecurity learning (for all employees), tailored cybersecurity learning (for specific populations), and product security learning.
Cybersecurity Learning programs
· Create, implement, and oversee cybersecurity training programs across the organization, targeting both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Develop structured learning paths by roles
Learning Content
· Create engaging content for cybersecurity courses, interactive modules and videos, based on instructional design principles, ensuring information is accessible.
· Create global content for all employees and tailored content for specific populations
· Curate, test and integrate external courses from vendors
· Regularly review and update content to stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, regulatory changes, and best practices, ensuring materials remain relevant and effective.
Learning Platform & Processes
· Ensuring learning materials are well-organized, accessible, and user-friendly
· Continuous improvement of existing learning processes including translations, curriculums, assignement, completion & reporting
· Integration of automation wherever possible to ensure long-term viability & accuracy
Collaboration & Governance
· Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to create accurate content
· Collaborate with learning designers to create effective and appealing learning materials
· Synchronize with learning academies to ensure alignment, compliance, development needs and organizational goals.
· Ensure compliance with educational standards and cybersecurity regulations
· Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps
Qualifications include\:
· 3 years of experience in learning & training development, ideally on technical or cybersecurity content
