Cybersecurity Manager - Identity and Access Management

The Global Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager is responsible for establishing, leading, and maintaining a centralized IAM program across our global organization. This role will drive the creation and implementation of standardized IAM processes that align with industry frameworks and regulatory requirements, tailored to a decentralized IT and business landscape. The IAM Manager will identify and pursue opportunities for automation, process optimization, and control enhancements to strengthen the company's security posture. This role involves strategic planning, operational oversight of the IAM team, and hands-on execution with key IAM initiatives. This role requires significant collaboration with business, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders to ensure the company's IAM program supports its objectives and growth. **Major Responsibilities:** + Work with Cybersecurity leadership and key business stakeholders to define and drive the global IAM program strategy and execution, aligning with cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory requirements, and company objectives. Lead the development and standardization of IAM procedures and standards to ensure consistent implementation and control compliance across the global organization. Where appropriate, implement and maintain tools supporting the IAM program. Identify opportunities for IAM process automation for account creation, management, monitoring, and deprovisioning. + Manage the IAM team, providing guidance and direction, mentorship, and performance management to build a global high-performing IAM function. Coordinate with the IT Risk Management function on governance and compliance initiatives, to identify and manage IAM related risks, and support audit and assessment requests where necessary. + Develop and track IAM metrics to monitor the effectiveness and maturity of the program to be included in reporting shared across multiple levels of the organization, including but not limited to the Cybersecurity Steering Committee, comprised of members of the executive leadership team. **Minimum Job Requirements** **Education** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience. **Work Experience** + 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, or in Cybersecurity with heavy emphasis in IAM processes and/or controls **Knowledge / Skills / Abilities** + Proven experience in running IAM processes across multiple systems/environments. + Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity and IAM frameworks and regulatory requirements such as NIST CSF and NIST 800-63, GDPR, PCI, and others necessary to support strategic business objectives. + Ability to identify and quantify IAM related risks, and propose risk mitigation options to stakeholders and leaders + Knowledge of IAM concepts for on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. + Excellent communication skills, and ability to work with stakeholders across multiple business functions. + Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing junior resources, as well as leading through influence in a matrixed organization. **Preferred Job Requirements:** **Education** + Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field. **Certification / License** + CISA/CISM/CISSP or equivalent **Physical Demands** : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.
