We seek a transformational leader to shape our Cybersecurity Operations capabilities, managing people, processes, and technology across multiple security domains.

The Cybersecurity Operations Manager provides overall management of people, process, and technology capabilities within the Cybersecurity Operations organization. This role provides leadership and oversight for the activity within the:

24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC)Incident Response & Recovery / ForensicsCyber Threat Intelligence/Insider RiskIdentity & Access Management (IDAM)IT Resiliency (BC/DR)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage 24/7 SOC, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, IDAM, and IT ResiliencyImplement and oversee cybersecurity technologies and practicesAct as cybersecurity service/product owner, managing vendor relationshipsLead Cybersecurity Centers of Excellence and service deliverySet vision and roadmap for cybersecurity capabilitiesManage executive relationships and drive strategic initiativesProvide leadership to security teams, including performance managementEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulationsContinuously improve SOC capabilities and processesCommunicate security status to all levels of the organization

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field8+ years progressive experience in cybersecurity3+ years supervisory experienceIn-depth knowledge of modern security concepts and technologiesExperience with EDR/XDR, SOAR, and SIEM toolsExperience with Email Gateway SecurityThreat Intelligence hunting and implementationMITRE ATT&CK knowledgeExperience with Next-Gen Proxy and FirewallsVendor/contract management experienceFinancial acumen e.g. CapEx and OpEx budgetingStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
