Responsibilities:
RFX Management: Develop and author responses to RFP/RFI/RFQ/RFX. Formulate comprehensive bid strategies for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
End-to-End Bid Process Ownership: Lead the entire bid lifecycle, including proposal documentation, solution design, estimation, and commercial structuring, ensuring proposals are accurate, compelling, and meet client requirements.
Deal Management: Demonstrated experience in managing deals across varying sizes—small, medium, and large.
Solution Defense: Collaborate with the sales team in solution defense meetings with clients, articulating the proposed solutions clearly and confidently.
Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with internal teams (technology, service lines, finance, legal) to develop value propositions tailored to client needs.
Scope and Risk Analysis: Review scope, identify potential risks in RFX documents, and work with technology teams to develop viable solutions.
Market and Client Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and client requirements to tailor bid strategies effectively.
Sales Enablement Materials: Develop capability presentations, marketing collateral, and sales pitches for the sales team.
Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales and technical teams to create targeted sales pitches, define entry strategies, and identify potential engagement opportunities.
Client Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs to position services effectively.
Client Visit Management: Plan and manage client visits, presenting value themes aligned with client objectives.
Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to design and execute lead-generation campaigns.
Content Management: Maintain a content repository, including reusable content, case studies, and standard sales and capability presentations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 13-15+ years in pre-sales and solutioning roles, with a focus on cybersecurity and digital solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital customer experience solutions and cybersecurity.
Proven Pre-Sales Expertise: Hands-on experience in pre-sales roles, including solution design, estimation, and planning.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and solution presentation.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on solution viability.
Collaborative Ability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
