In your role as Cybersecurity Program Coordinator, you will support the SI EA Cybersecurity team by overseeing and ensuring the proper execution of cybersecurity projects, create actionable insights for management by data analysis, provide administrative support to the team and help communicate cybersecurity topics to the SI EA community. Key responsibilities include: 

Program Management Support - Assist in planning and coordinating cybersecurity programs and initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives Administrative Support - Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to cybersecurity initiatives; coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions for the cybersecurity team Stakeholder Communication - Serve as a point of contact between cybersecurity team and other teams within Siemens; help define internal communication strategy and maintain internal knowledge sources Data Analysis – develop dashboards and create actionable insights for management Training and Awareness – help create and organize cybersecurity awareness trainings Policy and Compliance coordination – Support implementation of cybersecurity policies and standards; assist in audits and regulatory compliance efforts 

Your success is grounded in:

EducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, manufacturing, or related fieldsExperience & SkillsAt least 2 years of experience within IT, cybersecurity, or customer services where you have experience working with international teams. Experience in cybersecurity for services is a plusGood understanding of cybersecurity principles and practicesGood project management, data analysis and dashboarding skillsInitial competences in threat & risk analysis, vulnerability management & incident handlingPassion to never-stop growing, excellent communication and organizational skills, intercultural sensitivityRespect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledgeLanguagesProficiency in English is a must, knowledge of German is a plus
