The Cybersecurity Program Manager shall perform the below tasks to include, but not limited to, the following:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in on-boarding new contract personnel.Resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.Coordinate with Component Office customers.Provide for oversite of contract personnel.Provide monthly/adhoc reporting.Assist in setting up contract personnel travel & training.Assist in the implementation of program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance standards.Coordinate and manage all aspects of the program, including technical, financial, and administrative tasks.Work closely with government-site company personnel to ensure that all program objectives are met and that the program remains on schedule and within budget.Act as the point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.Monitor and report on program progress and identify and resolve any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with all government regulations and contract requirements.Maintain a strong understanding of the latest innovation technologies and trends and identify opportunities for program growth and improvement.Status Reports: The contractor will provide periodic reports to the CORAdhoc Reports: The contractor will render reports on an adhoc basis.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification and a minimum of seven (7) years total project management related experience and 3 years of experience as a Program Manager supporting a “large” civilian or governmental program.Minimum of 5 years’ experience with the Cybersecurity industry to include policies and procedures, technical standards, and methods.Minimum of 7 years’ experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and other project management tools.Minimum of 7 years’ experience coordinating the efforts of subcontractors, team members.Minimum of 7 years’ experience with general management and auditing techniques for identifying problems, gathering, and analyzing pertinent information, forming conclusions, developing solutions and implementing plans consistent with management goals.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning, managing, and providing guidance on Systems Engineering and Data Analysis tasks.Minimum of 7 years’ experience and accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality of deliverables, and the implementation and measurement of corporate and client quality standards and methodologies.

Work shall be performed throughout the buildings and some outside work may be required.
