Summary of Role:

RTX Enterprise Services Digital Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join the Cybersecurity Strategy and Transformation team.  In this high-impact role, you will spearhead critical cybersecurity initiatives – driving projects from bold ideas to tangible results.  This role will manage projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver strategic value from ideation through value realization. 

What You Will Do:

Proactively manage project scope, cost, schedule and risk for assigned projects, ensuring every project is delivered with precision and impactMaintain up-to-date project data in Planview and project management tools, ensuring seamless tracking and executionDevelop metrics to enable success and ensure progress is communicated regularly to key stakeholders and leadership  Work across enterprise cross functional teams – build relationships and ensure alignment from start to finishCraft communications that tell the story of project progress, challenges and wins Coordination of key activities that impact project metrics and outcomesProvide and analyze project team resource allocation and budget forecastsConducts extensive investigation to understand root cause of problemsDirect team to fulfill demand and to resolve issues to ensure goals and requirements are metDrive engagement - from daily standups, team meetings and stakeholder reviewsPrepare for and conduct reviews (i.e. Checkpoint Gated Process)Identify roadblocks early, remove impediments, and escalate critical issues before they impact project successContinuous learning of PMO processes and refining skills to adapt to process updatesTravel Requirements: Travel is estimated to be 10%, and may vary as required for key events or training

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experienceMinimum of 4 years project and/ or program experienceAbility to execute operationally with the tenacity to push through obstacles and realize the desired impact in a timely mannerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperienced user of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience working under dynamic and uncertain business conditions
