SAIC is seeking a **Cyber Security Software Integration Engineer** to support on boarding new application developers in a fast paced highly innovative SDA project with the development of a cloud-based software factory for the BMC3 program. This position is primarily remote. Primary responsibilities include: • Excellent communication and documentation skills who can articulate technical concepts to new developers so that candidate can align technical teams to the BMC3 platform. • Onboard SW Space Applications to BMC3 Application Software Factory as a Cyber Security SME to a secure AWS Cloud and Kubernetes platform to enable development teams to deliver approved features in the most secure way possible. • Train, Educate, and Application vendors on Certificate to Field processes and requirements, and to securely deploy, operate, and maintain their application within the Application Factory. • Maintain Source Control Management/Documentation system with a fully automated containerized build processes for multiple environments Desirable skills: • Integrate security scanners for continuous build process and containers. • Automate testing in the CI process. • Understanding of Compiled Software Build Processes • System and service configuration management • Enable successful release management by moving code from Development and Testing environments to Staging and Production. • Work closely with software developers, production • Work closely with software developers, production support, and information security to automate and support infrastructure and tooling in cloud-based platforms. • C-ATO • Security automation with tools such as Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) – **Qualifications** Bachelor’s and twelve (14) years or more experience; master’s and 12 years or more experience CLEARANCE: Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance CERTIFICATIONS: Possess a DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+) or the ability to obtain the certification within 60 days.
