Cybersecurity Specialist (UX Designer)

Meet The Team:


SAP Global Security & Cloud Compliance’s mission is to manage security and compliance risks for SAP. Office of the Chief Security Officer (CSO) team is responsible to give strong support to SAP’s CSO, to integrate security processes, owning SAP’s security solution portfolio and drives cross Security Initiative across SAP. The Security Product Management plays a crucial part in shaping the security solution strategy on a global scale as well as works closely with our customers, partners, and development units to ensure effective collaboration (roll in / roll out).

 


What You Will Do:


• Create visually compelling presentations to effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to internal and external audiences.
• Develop prototypes to illustrate user interactions and workflows (mock-ups).
• Produce high-quality visual assets, including icons, graphics, and illustrations to enhance product documentation and presentations.
• Prepare and maintain onboarding materials to facilitate the integration of new team members into the cybersecurity team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure UX designs align with business and technical requirements.
• Maintain design consistency across all cybersecurity products and documentation.
• Create engaging visual content for internal and external communications to effectively convey key messages.
• Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, and online help. 
• Work closely with the Security Product Management team, and security architects/experts to understand the product and documentation requirements. 
• Translate complex technical concepts and procedures into user-friendly, easily understandable documentation.

 


What You Bring:


• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Solid SAP experience.
• Solid background experience in UX design, particularly within the cybersecurity or related high-tech industries.
• A portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including presentations, documentation, and visual designs.
• Demonstrated experience in creating effective presentations and comprehensive documentation.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus).
• Capability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team (team player).
