Capabilities:
Assess, design, and conceptualize training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state-of-the-art technologies related to training and behavioral studiesEvaluate training and assess the effectiveness Plan and schedule training and exercise events Prepare and coordinate training plans, schedules, and reports to meet mission needsLead the design and development of operational training instructions, materials, and productsPrepare instructor materials to include course outline, background material, training aidsDevelop and prepare student materials to include course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique formsConduct formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars
Qualifications:
