Job Title: Cycle Counter
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our team on the 1st shift from 9am-5:30pm. The ideal candidate will perform inventory cycle counts, troubleshoot and solve inventory discrepancies, operate forklifts, and utilize computer systems and RF scanners to manage inventory.

ResponsibilitiesPerform inventory cycle counts accurately and efficiently.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload trucks and store products.Utilize computer systems and RF scanners to enter product data into inventory systems.Lift and move products weighing over 50 lbs.Receive and verify shipments against receiving paperwork.Key inventory data into the computer system, including quantity, part number, purchase orders, and packing lists.Unload and stock products within the warehouse, including 5-10 containers a week from West Europe.Essential SkillsProficiency in inventory control and cycle counting.Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.Ability to lift over 50 lbs.Comfortable using computer systems and RF scanners.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift operating experience with re-certification and 8-hour training provided.Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.Preferred experience with outbound shipments.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a clean, climate-controlled environment with a great team atmosphere. Wear steel toe shoes, long pants, and a plain t-shirt. Safety glasses will be provided. The warehouse is located next to the production area, and there is an onsite restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of RICHMOND, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
