This position reports to

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Perform counts and adjustments, as needed. Reports cycle count in computer system and prints daily reports.Apply defined inventory practices, including physical counts and reconciliation.Perform random count of various inventoried items.Count finished goods items at various intervals by hand or counting scales.Compare actual physical count against system inventory and recount those items that are out of tolerance.Investigate root cause of the discrepancy, recommend changes and prepares inventory adjustments.Enter adjustments into KBM system after receiving approval.Compare actual location of stock with designated locations and make necessary corrections.Report all adjustments to Controller.Keep work area neat, orderly and in a safe, hazard-free condition.Handle hazardous waste from work area to accumulation site.Perform, as assigned, other similar, related and material handling duties.

Qualifications for the role

2-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment working with inventoryHigh School diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 40lbs Ability to perform repetitive operations and pull/push functionsComfortable working with heavy equipment and in a non-climate controlled environmentCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
