Cycle Counting Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented **Cycle Counting Coordinator** to manage and maintain our cycle counting program and inventory accuracy. In this role, you will oversee inventory reconciliation, research discrepancies, and ensure long-term solutions to optimize inventory management. You will also handle steel consignment and train others on cycle counting and barcode systems. **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee the cycle counting program and inventory reconciliation. + Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. + Manage the steel consignment program for GSB. + Train team members on cycle counting procedures and barcode gun operations. + Prioritize tasks, respond to shop floor information requests, and support team collaboration. **Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in logistics or related field preferred. + Ability to read, write, and perform basic math. + Proficiency with computers and spreadsheets; Oracle experience is a plus. + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment. + Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. and work in a loud, fast-paced environment. **Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
