Responsibilities:
Contribute to the implementation, coordination, and delivery of strategic diversity, inclusion and engagement projects.Ensure compliance with external governance requirements and internal reporting needs.Build awareness and advocacy for diversity and inclusion initiatives internally and externally.Assist in reviewing and streamlining policies, processes, and procedures to ensure inclusivity.Act as an ambassador for the diversity and inclusion team, internally and externally.Collaborate with key stakeholders to support project delivery and alignment with diversity and inclusion, and engagement strategy.Partner with COEs to develop optimised solutions for people, customers, and partners.Supportl the development and lead implementation of divisional inclusion and diversity strategy.Regularly review and share diversity insights to shape future focus areas.Stay informed and share to leads and stakeholders industry developments to contribute in driving innovation and best practices in diversity and inclusion.Work Experience:

Some relevant work experience.Preferred Work Experience includes:
Moderate experience in Human Resources.Subject matter knowledge and experience in Inclusion & Diversity, trends, and best practices.Experience leading People projects from conception to implementation.Good understanding of People best practice and employment law.Qualifications:
