Within D&T Finance chapter, owning the IT Finance Landscape for the dsm-firmenich group. Reporting to D&T Finance Chapter lead, to be accountable for the management, delivery and improvement of the IT landscape on all solutions impacting Finance area.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage end to end all IT Finance solutions from a technical standpoint.

• Be able to manage/evolve CFIN system solutions like AVL, SLT, FICO replications, while understanding their Master Data and Transactional Data implications.

• Manage changes related to SAP ABAP managing offshore teams.

• Supervising projects impacting SAP FICO ECC and S4HANA tables, roles and CDS. Experience in archiving or monitoring large ddbb.

• Be able to manage the full Finance landscape (SAP and non-SAP applications) planning upgrades/refreshes/projects.

• Support on designing the best solution for FICO interfaces and their connectivity.

You bring

•  strong IT technical expertise (min. 10 years) mainly in SAP area. Experience in almost all following: CFIN/S4HANA/ECC/SLT/AVL/CDS views. Large experience in managing technical solutions through ABAP, Roles, Interfaces, Connectivity and ddbb. Nice to have knowledge of SD/COPA/PC.

• Ability to understand end to end technical flows to propose improvements in each component.

• Strong and effective communication skills, and ability to work with off-shore teams. Proactivity and commitment for the day-to-day deliveries.

• Senior stakeholder management at global and regional level.

• Fluent English.

• Management skills where you can prepare/lead follow up sessions, KPIs, and technical committees.

• Passion to Digital and Tech world, where innovative management style is appreciated.
