CBRE has the responsibility to provide a service to maintain a global space, occupancy and reporting platform on behalf of an international bank. The platform is used by different levels and functions across the organization to support effective space management and ultimately cost saving. The main service levels are to ensure accuracy and quality of the data stored in the system; the provision of monthly reports which are used to chargeback space occupied by the business; and to support the business processes to ensure requests for change and information flow is efficient.
The employee will be responsible for managing a variety of client delivery project tasks, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across teams, maintaining information integrity, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. This role is expected to support colleagues who are dedicated to the Host by his/her judgment, and manage workload, time schedules and work split within the team. Additionally, this role when required will help with the day-to-day processes.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Coordinate D&T project deployments and communication with client and various internal and external workstreams as well as the after-go-live hyper care
+ Communication with the client as well as with all included stakeholders on various levels on ongoing and upcoming projects
+ As required, respond to special requests/projects outside the scope of Host platform, working with D&T Workplace Experience Lead
+ Maintenance and Implementation of the Host application
+ To develop and build long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new and potentials clients
+ Maintain excellent relationships and support to build mutual confidence
+ Willingness to address and look for the difficult and seek opportunities for efficiency and improvement
+ Assist in feature/release testing or conducting trainings
+ Provide updated trackers and analysis on monthly basis
+ Work to meet project commitments related to time constraints on deliverables and quality expectations
+ Be able to update the platform to reflect additions and changes to building layouts and assure the accuracy of input
+ Responsible for information integrity in the Management Platform and ensure business rules are followed
+ Supervise team members and provide people management support
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
+ Real Estate digital technology background is a great benefit
+ Strong project management and organizational skills are must
+ Previous knowledge of any space management platform and standards are an advantage (Manhattan, Archibus, Tririga, Webcore etc.)
+ Experience of dealing with a range of people including site staff, suppliers and customers.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
+ High attention to a detail
+ Critical thinking
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
+ A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
+ Ability to work under pressure
+ AutoCAD skills are beneficial
+ Excellent customer relationship and presentation skills.
+ Advanced skills in Excel are must
+ Be self-sufficient: able to work on your own as well as in a team
+ Effective analytical skills, especially communication (verbal/written)
